La Semaine Mondiale de l’Allaitement Maternel est une manifestation qui se déroule chaque année en France sous l’égide de la CoFAM. L’association Voie Lactée et la maternité de Sarlat organisent et animent une journée Portes Ouvertes le 12 octobre, au centre culturel Le Colombier.
